A worker lifting a box at a workstation on a factory floor, viewed by an overhead camera

Propose Ergo

Camera onlyNo wearablesNo sensors

Measure posture risk, detect unsafe movement, and generate auditable ergonomic reports using only a camera. Press play to request a pilot.

How it works

Continuous assessment in three steps.

No new hardware on the floor and nothing worn by the worker. The camera you already have does the measuring.

01

Point a camera

Use an existing IP camera at the workstation. No wearables, no suits, no on-body sensors to fit or charge.

02

We score every cycle

Pose estimation tracks joint angles against configurable thresholds and assigns a risk score per worker, per station.

03

You get the report

Auto-generated reports with annotated clips and violation logs, ready to hand to EHS, operations, and engineering.

Pose estimation

What the camera actually sees.

Markerless pose estimation maps each worker to a skeleton of tracked joints, then measures the angle at every one of them, frame by frame, with no markers or wearables on the body.

A warehouse worker at a conveyor with a pose estimation skeleton overlaid on their body, showing tracked joints and measured angles labelled elbow 135 degrees and knee 72 degrees
01 DETECT

Joints are located

The model finds the worker in frame and places keypoints at the shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, and ankles.

02 MEASURE

Angles are calculated

The angle at each joint is computed every frame, so peak flexion and how long it was held are both captured.

03 SCORE

Risk is assigned

Angles and durations are compared against your thresholds to produce a MURI score per cycle, per station.

The problem

Manual ergonomic assessments don't scale.

Propose Ergo gives you continuous, measurable analysis across every shift, every workstation, every worker.

01

Infrequent

Assessments happen a few times a year. Risk accumulates between cycles, undetected.

02

Subjective

Results vary by assessor. No consistent baseline for comparison or audit trail.

03

Expensive

External ergonomic consultants cost £8,000 to £60,000 per assessment cycle.

04

Hard to scale

One assessor, one site, one workstation at a time. Headcount bottlenecks everything.

Platform

What the platform measures.

MURI-based risk scoring

Continuous MURI scoring per cycle, per worker, per workstation.

Peak angle tracking

Maximum joint flexion across back, shoulder, and knee against configurable thresholds.

Violation count and duration

Automatic flagging of unsafe posture events with start, end, and station context.

Camera-only deployment

Works with existing IP cameras. No wearables, no suits, no on-body sensors.

Shareable ergonomic reports

Auto-generated reports with annotated clips, ready for EHS, ops, and engineering.

Configurable thresholds

Tune angle and exposure limits to your standards, then benchmark stations on one baseline.
